At Activa Day, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks after sending your package to the return shipper. This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), processing time for the return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

To return an item, log in to your account, view the order under "Complete Orders," and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned item.

All products in our store are in stock and ready to be shipped. Products will be dispatched within 1-2 days.
